Recap of the 2022 Made in Central Florida Expo:

A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who lent their support to the Made in Central Florida Expo last year. We are thrilled to announce that the event was an overwhelming success, leaving a lasting impact on all who participated.

The Expo welcomed an impressive turnout of over 600 students, educators, and guidance counselors. They converged to engage with our diverse range of manufacturing exhibitors, delving into the world of possibilities that a career in manufacturing holds.

Lara Brennan, Graduation Advisor from Apopka High School, shared her enthusiasm for the event: "I loved today’s event. I spoke with most of the businesses and schools that attended, but I did not receive signatures. Honestly, the event was reward enough. Thank you for all the work that went into coordinating such an effort."

Millennium Luxury Coaches expressed their privilege in being part of the Expo: "Millennium Luxury Coaches was honored to be a part of the Made in Central Florida Expo yesterday, hosted by the Manufacturers Association of Central Florida! It was exciting seeing all 45 student teams compete in the Student Design and Build Competition. Congratulations to the winners! This event gave us the opportunity to connect with students and showcase the great careers we have to offer in manufacturing at Millennium."

The highlight of the Expo was the Student Design and Build Competition, where 45 student teams demonstrated their creativity and innovation. Witnessing these young minds in action was a testament to the future talent of Central Florida's manufacturing landscape.

Manufacturers Association of Central Florida is committed to making this an annual tradition, ensuring that the Made in Central Florida Expo remains a beacon of inspiration and connection for years to come.
